1. If you are experiencing problems accessing your account after purchase submit a support ticket requesting assistance.

2. We will review your account and manually configure all settings. 

3. After we complete your account set up we will reply to your ticket with the required credentials.

4. If you are still experiencing problems, reply to ticket and we further assist.

5. Please do not open multiple tickets for the same issue as this slows down our resolution and ticket tracking.

Note: After one of our team members provides a response your ticket will be placed in a resolved or closed status. However, if you still have problems, just reply to the ticket and our system will reopen it automatically. Again, please do not open another ticket as our system is designed to reopen tickets if a customer replies.
