- Our support desk hours are 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST), Monday through Friday.
- We strive to respond to your support request within 24 hours, however, during peak times it may take up to 48 hours to receive a response.
- We observe all U.S. Federal Holidays and our support desk will be closed.
